REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

- Can I cancel my order before shipment ? You can cancel your order at any time before the shipment is handed over to the courier company by us. Your payment amount will be fully refunded by us.
- What if the items we receive are broken ? While we take every care at our end that the items are well packed and should not break during shipping, it is possible that sometimes they might get damaged during shipping. Please let us know within 7 days of recieving the items, and we will either partially refund you the value of the damaged items or give you credit in your next order.
- What if I am not satisfied with the item, can I get a refund ? We will provide you a no-questions asked refund if you contact us within 7 days of recieving the goods. But you will have to return the goods back to us in good condition, and bear the shipping costs of the returns. Also, no refund will be made of the shipping charged by us, and only the item cost will be refunded.
